In total I want to lose 150lbs, but that is not going to happen in one year! So my goal for 2013 is 5 stones which I have broken down into 12 mini goals listed below.

- 2 stone
- 10% (32.5lbs)
- Halfway (35lbs)
- 3 stone
- 3.5 stones
- 4 stones
- 4.5 stones
- 5 stones
Ultimate Weight Loss Goal - 150lbs by Graduation Aug 2014
Although I will be blogging about my weight loss, I also want to keep a record here. I probably won't blog my daily food trackers, but I might link to them here as well in Google Drive or something as much for my own use as anything else.
